Safety & Behaviour Information

St John Ambulance will provide first aid cover and can be found by the zebra crossing opposite the Ice Cream slipway. There will be a police presence throughout the day

Public space

Attendees are reminded that they are in a public space, and that they attend, spectate or take part in any event entirely at their own risk. Attendees are asked to avoid all forms of anti-social behaviour.

Minors

Parents and guardians are reminded that in all places at all times they are solely responsible for their children under 18 years. Please do not leave young children unattended at any time.

ALCOHOL

The Regatta is a daytime event designed for all ages and abilities to enjoy. We ask that you drink responsibly and only purchase alcohol from the licensed premises on-site, The Jolly Skipper. Please note, it is illegal for individuals to bring alcohol onto the site or the beach.

Sea conditions

Decisions to hold the sea events will rest with the Officers of the Day. It is the responsibility of participants (or their parent or guardian if they are under 18 years) to assess if the event and sea conditions are suitable for their ability.
